1. About Vobliq Loop
Vobliq Loop is being developed to help people discover local shops, share image-led stories, publish original reviews and connect with their community. The current website introduces that product. App features, availability and launch locations will be announced separately; illustrations do not mean that the app or a listed shop is already available.
These terms describe use of this website and the intended rules for future Loop services. Before app accounts open, the registration process must identify the legal operator and present the applicable terms for your review. Browsing a product preview does not register an account or purchase a service.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
The proposed app launch is for users aged 18 or older. Provide accurate information, protect your login credentials and use only accounts you are entitled to control. Do not impersonate another person or shop, trade account access or bypass verification and restrictions.
Account and ownership verification may be required for particular actions. A Google Maps listing or Place ID alone does not prove that you own a shop.
3. Community standards
Do not use Loop to harass, threaten, exploit or discriminate against people; share illegal or non-consensual intimate material; promote scams; publish private contact or identity information without permission; send spam; or interfere with the service.
Do not attempt unauthorised access, scrape restricted content, evade blocks or privacy controls, upload malicious files, manipulate engagement or misrepresent sponsored content. Report harmful content through the tools available with the relevant app feature.
4. Your posts, photos and messages
You keep the rights you hold in your original content. Submit only content you have the right to use and share. When app publishing is available, you grant the operator the limited, non-exclusive permission needed to store, process, format, display and deliver that content to the audience you choose and to operate safety and support functions. This is not a transfer of ownership or an unrestricted right to sell your content.
Private content remains subject to the service’s access rules. Recipients may still retain copies or screenshots. Editing or deleting content cannot guarantee recall of information already received by others, and necessary legal or safety retention may apply as explained in the Privacy Policy. Loop must not be described as end-to-end encrypted unless such protection is actually implemented.
5. Reviews, shop information and ownership
Original Vobliq reviews should reflect your genuine experience and must not be fabricated, purchased, coercive or posted to manipulate a rating. Disclose relevant incentives or relationships. Do not review your own shop as an independent customer. Shop owners may respond within the available moderation rules but cannot buy removal of an honest review.
Shop information can change. Check material details directly with the shop before relying on them. Verification concerns control of a profile; it is not a guarantee of quality, availability, legal compliance or endorsement by Vobliq. Duplicate, incorrect or closed shop information can be reported.
6. Private lists, Wishlist and Visited
Custom shop lists, Wishlist, category/city views and Visited are planned app features. Lists are private to their owner in the initial design. The same shop may be in several lists, and Wishlist, Visited, likes and follows are independent actions.
A Visited label is your own record. It does not verify a physical visit, purchase or review, create a booking, reserve stock or promise a shop benefit.
7. Google Maps and third-party services
Some discovery features may use Google Maps Platform. When you use those features, the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service also apply, and Google handles information under its Privacy Policy. Required attribution and source links must remain visible.
Google content, ratings, photos and reviews are separate from Vobliq-owned or user-supplied information. Do not copy, scrape or reuse restricted provider content beyond the permission given by the relevant provider. Links to third-party shops or sites do not make their services part of Loop or imply endorsement.
8. Sponsored placements and commercial activity
Sponsored placements will be clearly labelled. Advertising is not an independent review or a guarantee of the promoted shop. Campaigns and creatives may require approval and must not be deceptive, unlawful or infringe others’ rights.
This product website does not accept payments, place orders or make bookings. Checkout, delivery, paid campaigns or other commercial features would require their own operational disclosures and any applicable additional terms before purchase. Do not infer a refund or delivery promise from a product illustration.
9. Moderation, restrictions and appeals
To protect the community, the service may review reports, limit distribution, remove content or restrict accounts for a policy violation, abuse, security reason or legal obligation. Decisions should be proportionate, recorded and explained where appropriate and lawful.
Use the available appeal or support process if you believe a decision is incorrect. Vobliq must not claim unlimited access to private conversations; access to reported content and relevant evidence should be authorised and limited to the case.
10. Availability and responsibility
The service may change or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, provider failures or other operational reasons. We do not promise that every shop will be listed, every review is accurate or every message or notification will arrive without delay.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. People and shops remain responsible for their own conduct and content. Any production commercial liability terms must identify the contracting operator and be reviewed before those services are offered.
11. Ending use, updates and applicable law
You can stop using the website at any time. Future account deletion, export and retention handling are described in the Privacy Policy and must be provided with the app’s account features. We may update these terms and will show the revised date; material changes require appropriate notice or acceptance where applicable.
Applicable Indian law and any mandatory rights in your location govern where relevant. These terms do not remove a lawful consumer complaint route or impose an invented exclusive court location.
